By creating an account, posting a listing, browsing the site, or otherwise using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Khojo.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Account Creation: You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Khojo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

One Account per Person: You may only maintain one active account.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you post, including listings, messages, images, and videos ("User Content"). You agree not to post User Content or use the Service to:

• Violate Laws: Engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe Rights: Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.
• Post Prohibited Items: List items or services that are illegal, harmful, or fraudulent. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Drugs, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Stolen goods
  • Counterfeit or pirated items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Banned or illegal animals (except through approved rehoming channels, if any)
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Items that promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups
• Engage in Fraud: Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices, including but not limited to false advertising, impersonation, or running financial scams.
• Spam: Distribute spam, junk mail, or chain letters.
• Harass Others: Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Interfere with the Service: Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Circumvent Systems: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you post. However, by posting User Content, you grant Khojo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and Khojo's business.

Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your User Content.

No Endorsement: Khojo does not endorse and is not responsible for any User Content. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, screen, edit, or remove User Content at any time and for any reason without notice.

No Agency: Khojo is a venue. We are not a party to any transaction or interaction between users. We are not a buyer, seller, agent, or insurer for any user.

As-Is Basis: All items and services are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all interactions with other users. You should exercise caution and use your best judgment in all transactions.

Release: You release Khojo and its affiliates from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your transactions or interactions with other users.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khojo and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the tools provided in your account settings.

Khojo may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Khojo respects the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Copyright Act, 2000 of Bangladesh and applicable laws.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content available through our platform infringes your copyright, please provide a written notice ("Takedown Notice") containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to locate it, such as the URL
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers at our discretion.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: To expedite resolution and reduce the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim, you and Khojo agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding.

Arbitration and Venue: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek equitable relief (such as an injunction) in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

For all other purposes, the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that are not subject to arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Khojo regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
